Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of Vysage Studio, including account access, paid credits, and the creation of AI-generated video content.
By accessing or using Vysage Studio, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.
Eligibility and Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity carried out through your account. You must provide accurate information and keep your account details up to date.
Credit System
Vysage Studio operates on a prepaid credit model. A purchase of $9.99 provides 20 credits.
Credits are deducted when a valid processing request is submitted to our system for AI output creation. Deductions may happen when processing begins because infrastructure and GPU resources are allocated immediately.
Credits are non-transferable, have no cash value, and may only be used within Vysage Studio unless otherwise required by law.
Acceptable Use
You may only upload, generate, and distribute content that you have the legal right to use. You must not use Vysage Studio to create, request, or share illegal, fraudulent, abusive, defamatory, or infringing content.
The creation of non-consensual intimate content, deceptive identity misuse, harassment material, child sexual abuse material, exploitative content, or any other illegal content is strictly prohibited. This prohibition applies whether the content is generated for publication, private sharing, or experimentation.
We may suspend or terminate accounts, cancel generations, preserve evidence, and cooperate with law enforcement or regulators if we believe the service is being used unlawfully or in violation of these Terms.
User Content and Rights
You retain responsibility for the media you upload and represent that you have all permissions, licenses, and consents necessary for its use. You grant Vysage Studio a limited license to host, process, and transmit that content solely to operate the service.
Service Availability
We may update, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, specific processing times, or error-free output.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vysage Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, generated outputs, or inability to access the platform.
