Return and Refund Policy

This policy explains when Vysage Studio can issue credit reversals or refunds for AI generations and when charges are considered final.

Because each AI generation triggers immediate compute, storage, and GPU costs, refunds are generally not provided for outputs you consider creatively unsatisfactory, stylistically unexpected, or otherwise not aligned with your personal preference.

No General Refunds for Subjective Results

AI output is inherently probabilistic. Variations in likeness, motion, realism, timing, or style can occur even when the same prompt or media is used. For that reason, dissatisfaction with the aesthetic or creative result does not normally qualify for a refund.

Credit-Back Guarantee for Technical Failures

If a technical error on our side prevents your video from being generated, Vysage Studio will provide a credit-back guarantee for the affected generation. This applies when a job fails due to a verifiable platform, infrastructure, or processing error and no usable output is delivered.

In these cases, our default remedy is to restore the deducted credit to your balance or, where appropriate, re-run the generation at no additional credit cost.

When Refunds May Be Considered

Monetary refunds are generally not provided once credits are purchased or used. However, we may review exceptional cases where required by applicable law or where a billing error caused an incorrect charge.

How to Request Review

To request a review, contact oshaqlaghari4@gmail.com and include the email on your account, the approximate time of the failed generation, and any error details shown in the product. We may request additional information needed to verify the failure.

Abuse Prevention

We reserve the right to deny refund or credit restoration requests where we identify misuse, repeated abuse, policy violations, charge fraud, or attempts to obtain duplicate compensation for the same generation event.
