Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Vysage Studio collects, uses, stores, and deletes information when you use our account, upload, and video generation services.
By using Vysage Studio, you agree that we may process account details and uploaded media only as needed to provide our service, protect the platform, comply with applicable law, and resolve support issues.
Information We Collect
We collect the minimum information needed to operate Vysage Studio. This includes your email address and related account identifiers when you sign in or create an account through our authentication flow using Supabase.
We also collect the images and videos that you upload for processing. Uploaded source files and generated outputs may be temporarily stored using Vercel Blob so your generation request can be completed and the final result can be delivered back to you.
How AI Processing Works
When you request a generation, your uploaded media and the inputs required for the selected workflow are transmitted to our AI processing providers, including Fal.ai, strictly for the purpose of producing the requested output.
We do not use your private uploads to train our own general-purpose AI models unless we clearly obtain your permission for a separate program or feature. Processing is limited to fulfilling your request, maintaining reliability, preventing abuse, and improving operational quality.
Data Retention
Identity assets and motion environment files are retained only for the time reasonably necessary to complete processing, troubleshoot technical failures, and deliver the result. After processing is complete, source files are deleted from our active workflow storage.
We may retain limited operational records such as job identifiers, timestamps, credit activity, and error logs for security, fraud prevention, billing, and support. Generated outputs may remain available for a limited period depending on system requirements, account activity, and storage policies.
How We Use Information
We use collected information to authenticate users, process payments and credits, generate requested AI outputs, respond to support requests, detect misuse, and maintain platform security and performance.
Sharing and Service Providers
We share data only with service providers that help us operate Vysage Studio, such as Supabase for authentication and data services, Vercel Blob for temporary file storage, and Fal.ai for AI processing. These providers receive only the information reasonably necessary to perform their services.
Security
We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect your information. No internet-based system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
